He enters this matchup with a respectable 4.57 ERA and has continued to induce weak contact despite pitching in baseball's most hitter-friendly environment. On the other side, Hunter Greene's 7.20 ERA tells the story of a season filled with inconsistency. The hard-throwing right-hander has struggled with command, surrendered too many home runs, and has frequently put Cincinnati in an early hole.

Colorado's offense is built for this ballpark, and that's an edge that can't be overlooked. The Rockies have consistently hit better at home, where the spacious outfield and altitude reward line drives and aggressive baserunning. Cincinnati's pitching staff has had trouble navigating Coors Field in recent seasons, and asking Greene to solve those challenges while carrying an ERA north of seven is a tall order. If Colorado can force him into deep counts early, the Rockies should have opportunities to put crooked numbers on the scoreboard before the Reds can settle into the game.

The reverse run line has such a high return who can resist. This matchup has the potential to get away from Cincinnati in a hurry. Colorado owns the edge in the starting pitching matchup, plays with far more confidence at home, and is facing a starter who has yet to find any consistency this season. This is the type of game where the Rockies can build an early lead, keep the pressure on, and win comfortably. Back Colorado on the reverse run line and look for a multi-run victory at Coors Field.
