The Wolfpack are unbeaten, Duke is 1-2 and coverless, yet the Blue Devils are spotting points. That’s not accident. Duke’s résumé has been buried under turnovers and variance, not incompetence. They were hammered by Illinois in a box score that actually went their way. Tulane clipped them in a toss-up. They’ve been unlucky, not outclassed.
