The Wildcats led 41-23 at the half and the Billikens could get any closer. That resounding win by Davidson combined with their desperation mindset makes them somewhat appealing here against a team they beat by 10 points earlier this season.

Mark Schmidt's team might not win the Atlantic 10 Tournament but Lunardi likes the Bonnies' chances to make the field of 68 and be seeded low enough to qualify as a true giant killer. The defense is adept at forcing turnovers, and Schmidt's starting backcourt of Jaylen Adams and Matt Mobley holds the added distinction of doubling as the preseason All-Atlantic 10 first team's guard duo. The Bonnies low-turnover backcourt, offensive-rebounding frontcourt and all-around team defense are what giant killers are made of. St. Bonaventure is a beast but the market has not caught up to them yet. We’ll attempt to take advantage of that market inefficiency.
