8:00 PM EST. Texas is coming off a huge, high profile victory over then #12 Oklahoma on Saturday night. While that win is impressive, it sets up for a big letdown tonight. Furthermore, Texas has three straight games coming up against its biggest rivals in TCU, Baylor and a rematch with the Sooners, in Norman. There is a great chance Texas gets caught looking here.

Kansas State is 16-7 overall, but just 5-5 in Big 12 play after dropping back-to-back games to West Virginia and Kansas respectively. Further lowering the Wildcats' appeal in the market is the blowout fashion in which they went down. However, we aren't going to put too much stock into those defeats, as they came against two of the top schools in the nation. The Wildcats have played some stiff competition this season with the 34th toughest schedule in the country. Before that two-game skid, K-State had ripped off four wins in a row over Georgia, Baylor, TCU and ranked Oklahoma.

This might look like a short price on the Longhorns after covering as the chalk against OU, but that victory has their stock soaring. Meanwhile, K-State got whacked in its last two games. This is a classic buy low, sell high situation that fits right into our wheelhouse. This price on the Longhorns is no doubt inflated, as proven by the fact they were recently just -5 and -7 over Ole Miss and Iowa State, neither of which is anywhere near as good as Kansas State. Take the points if you must, but we're going for the kill. Wildcats outright is the bet.
