Detroit over Baltimore

6:40 PM EST. Zach Eflin (RHP - BAL) is coming off a loss to his former team, the Rays, last Saturday, in which he allowed three runs on eight hits over 5.2 IP, with 4 Ks and a walk. That was Eflin’s second start since coming off the IL with shoulder inflammation, with his other turn coming on September 1. He threw 91 pitches and gave up a pair of HRs.

The Tigers are playing too well to be taking back a price like this at home, even if they haven’t officially named a starter. It’s expected that Brant Hurter (RHP - DET) could either start this game or work in bulk relief after an opener, as that piggyback role has served him well this season. Over his last three appearances, Hurter has allowed four earned runs in 15.1 IP, with 12 Ks and a 14.8% K-BB rate. Tonight, Hurter faces a Baltimore side that is scuffling at the plate with a 23% strikeout rate vs. LHP over the last month while hitting just .226.

Pinnacle takes some of the lowest fees on all users’ bets, meaning it’s able to offer some of the best value odds on the market. Compared to other major, well-known sportsbooks, Pinnacle offers superior average odds pricing. Pinnacle’s low betting margins and high betting limits is the best in the biz and will save you thousands of dollars over your betting life.

For instance, a baseball game at most sportsbooks has 20 to 25 cent margins

Arizona     -150

Detroit      +125

That’s a 25 cent margin but at Pinnacle, it’ll be an 9 cent margin (see example)

Arizona       -145

Detroit    +134

If you bet on sports daily, Pinnacle is a must have because of their low margins.
