Tampa Bay -1½ over Minnesota

6:50 PM EST. David Festa (RHP - MIN) took the loss against Atlanta on Wednesday, allowing two runs on two hits and one walk over 6 IP. It was a tough-luck loss for Festa, but that has been the exception and not the rule, as it was just his first quality start of the season in eight attempts, so regression to his mean is not out of the question.

Jeffrey Springs (LHP - TB) is still working his way back from Tommy John surgery, but he is really starting to come into his own. In his last turn, Springs racked up nine strikeouts in a 79-pitch, 5-IP effort last Tuesday against the Mariners. Tonight, he draws a Minnesota side that is struggling to plate runs with just a .656 OPS over its last 10 games. Springs posted 16 whiffs on those 79 pitches, including 10 on his change-up. In his limited 27 IP this season, Springs has 33 Ks to just 9 BBs. This pitching matchup is so one-sided that we are going to be bullish here and back the Rays on the run line (-1½) at an inflated price.

Pinnacle takes some of the lowest fees on all users’ bets, meaning it’s able to offer some of the best value odds on the market. Compared to other major, well-known sportsbooks, Pinnacle offers superior average odds pricing. Pinnacle’s low betting margins and high betting limits is the best in the biz and will save you thousands of dollars over your betting life.

For instance, a baseball game at most sportsbooks has 20 to 25 cent margins

Arizona     -150

Detroit      +125

That’s a 25 cent margin but at Pinnacle, it’ll be an 9 cent margin (see example)

Arizona       -145

Detroit    +134

If you bet on sports daily, Pinnacle is a must have because of their low margins.
