Tanner Bibee (RHP - CLE) is coming off a no-decision last Wednesday against the Royals, where he allowed five earned runs on eight hits with two walks over 5 IP, giving up three home runs. Tonight, he faces the Royals again after Kansas City knocked around the Guardians for a .879 OPS when the division foes met for a three-game series at the end of August. Bibee's recent form has not been sharp either, as he has given up 9 ER on 16 hits over his last 10.2 IP.

Brady Singer (RHP - KAN) struck out five of the first 13 Astros hitters he faced last Thursday and allowed just one hit over his first four innings before giving up two runs over 6 IP while striking out six and walking just one. Singer pitched to a 5.43 ERA in August, but his skills suggest he pitched much better, as does his xERA of 2.89 for the month. Furthermore, his strikeout (9 K/9) and swing-and-miss rates (12.1%) were quite good, and Cleveland owns a weak .536 OPS over its last two road trips. Wrong side favored.
