2:10 PM EST. Bailey Ober (RHP - MIN) is coming off a brutal start in which he gave up nine runs on seven hits with two walks over just two innings on Monday versus Atlanta. In the first inning, Ober was hammered hard by Matt Olson, giving up a three-run home run, and then he got smacked again by Travis d'Arnaud with his two-run shot in the second. That start was bad enough to jump his ERA from 3.54 to 4.06, which is closer to his xERA of 3.95.

Yariel Rodriguez (RHP - TOR) is also coming off a rough start in which he allowed six runs on eight hits in five innings in a loss to the Red Sox on Tuesday. Rodriguez struck out three and walked one while posting a 17% whiff rate and a 24% called and swinging strike rate (CSW%). Those numbers are not going to dazzle, but the Blue Jays' offense may, as they posted 15 runs yesterday, and they’ve scored more than five runs in five of their last 10 games, winning each of those contests. This game is far closer to a coin flip than the oddsmakers suggest, which presents us with some great value on the Blue Jays.
