Washington over Atlanta
12:00 PM EST. Reynaldo López (RHP - ATL) returned from the IL this week and looked great, throwing five innings while allowing one run and striking out 10 versus the Phillies. López has allowed three earned runs or less in 19 of 20 starts this season for a 2.05 ERA. López will look to keep the good times rolling versus a Nats’ team that is hitting .254 versus RHP over the past month. The Nats have been pesky of late, which makes them playable here, as López is a former reliever turned starter, turned reliever, turned starter and he’s now 30 years old with lots of miles. Aside from that, Washington’s starter is too good to be taking back an absurd price like the one you see here.
DJ Herz (LHP - WAS) has the highest strikeout potential of anyone on today’s board. That makes him extremely playable at this price. Herz has 75’s K’s in 60 frames and has also struck out 30 over his past 23 innings. His swing and miss rate last game was a rarely seen 34%, which is Nolan Ryan territory. Herz is a 23 year-old under the radar starter that has Cy Young potential. Talk about overlays and this one checks a lot of boxes.

That’s a 25 cent margin but at Pinnacle, it’ll be an 9 cent margin (see example)
Arizona -145
