Since pitching a 4.2-inning shutout in his rotation debut on July 14, Fulmer has lost four of six starts, and he sports a bloated 5.84 xERA in those 27.1 IP.

Meanwhile, the Blue Jays will look to keep it rolling with Bowden Francis (RHP - TOR), who is coming off seven shutout innings versus the Cubs last Sunday, where he struck out seven and didn’t walk a batter. Over his last three turns, Francis allowed just three runs while sporting a stellar 22/1 K/BB ratio over 19 IP, and he has a sparkling 1.15 WHIP across 63.2 combined innings between the bullpen and the rotation this season.
