L.A. Dodgers over St. Louis

2:15 PM EST. It's only four starts, but Clayton Kershaw's (LHP - LAD) 4.32 xERA and 20% K% are currently career-worst marks, and his 14% K-BB% is his worst since 2009. He’s yet to surpass 85 pitches since being activated from the IL on July 25.

A 5.86 ERA over his last 7 starts might make Sonny Gray (RHP - STL) look like a terrible choice at this price against the Dodgers, but that ERA has been bloated by everything that could go wrong going wrong (39% H%, 59% S%, 29% HR/F). His xERA during that same stretch? An outstanding 2.97. And he's been much more effective at home thanks to limiting home runs (2.66 ERA, 0.4 HR/9 at home, 5.43 ERA, 2.1 HR/9 on the road). Will that be enough to hold off a Dodgers lineup that ranks 4th in OPS and 3rd in HR? The Matchups tool clearly thinks so.

Compared to other major, well-known sportsbooks, Pinnacle offers superior average odds pricing. Pinnacle’s low betting margins and high betting limits is the best in the biz and will save you thousands of dollars over your betting life.

For instance, a baseball game at most sportsbooks has 20 to 25 cent margins

Arizona     -150

Detroit      +125

That’s a 25 cent margin but at Pinnacle, it’ll be an 9 cent margin (see example)

Arizona       -145

Detroit    +134

If you bet on sports daily, Pinnacle is a must have because of their low margins.
