Over those last five turns, he owns a 9.00 ERA, 1.76 WHIP, and has allowed six HR in 21 IP. The majority of the damage against him has come from left-handed batters, as they have a .301 BA and .866 OPS when facing him. Come to think of it, Gray has been in a slump his entire career and continues to be one of the most overvalued starters in the game.

Meanwhile, we’re coming back on Davis Daniel (RHP - OAK) after he took the loss against the Athletics last Wednesday, where he allowed four runs on seven hits and one walk over 5.1 IP with 3 Ks. Daniel now has two starts under his belt with one being a disaster and the other being an absolute gem in which he shut out the Tigers over 8 IP. In his limited 13.1 IP, Daniel has 11 Ks to 1 BB and a sparkling WHIP of 0.90. We don’t know which version of Daniel will show up tonight, but at this inflated price, we’re willing to find out with a wager.
