San Francisco over Chicago

8:05 PM EST. Look, we’re not going to rag on Justin Steele (LHP - CHC), who is having a fine season after finishing in the top 5 of Cy Young voting in 2023, but should he really be coin flip over the likes of Logan Webb (RHP - SF), even at Wrigley Field? If we were to nitpick, Steele has seen a near 2% drop in his swing-and-miss rate over last season while his K-rate is down and BB-rate is up.

As for Webb, he brings his ground-ball prowess to Wrigley, where he'll see a Chicago Cubs offense that has struggled against such pitchers. The Cubs have gone 3-8 with a .645 OPS in their last 11 games, and they're slugging .299 in a homestand that began last Friday. Webb's strength of schedule of late has been up there (Astros, Rangers, Yankees, Mets, Pirates, Dodgers), and he has still managed a 2.54 ERA (with a 2.51 xERA to back it), 0.95 WHIP since May 15, which covers six starts and 39 IP. Meanwhile, Cubbies batters own a collective .595 OPS against him. A 50/50 proposition, this is not. Go Giants!

Pinnacle takes some of the lowest fees on all users’ bets, meaning it’s able to offer some of the best value odds on the market. Compared to other major, well-known sportsbooks, Pinnacle offers superior average odds pricing. Pinnacle’s low betting margins and high betting limits is the best in the biz and will save you thousands of dollars over your betting life.

For instance, a baseball game at most sportsbooks has 20 to 25 cent margins

Arizona     -150

Detroit      +125

That’s a 25 cent margin but at Pinnacle, it’ll be an 9 cent margin (see example)

Arizona       -145

Detroit    +134

If you bet on sports daily, Pinnacle is a must have because of their low margins.
