He has outstanding ratios (13 BB - 75 K’s in 81 frames) to go along with his elite 52% groundball rate. This wager is not about fading Fried. It’s about getting behind the Giants at a price with their elite starting pitcher. 

Logan Webb (RHP, SF) is showing definite signs that his 2021 breakout was no fluke. Not only have his stats been elite so far (3.43 ERA, 1.18 WHIP), but they have been driven by four top-shelf skills: 13.3% swing and miss rate, , 68% first-pitch strike rate%, 32% ball%, 57% grounders and a 3.35 xERA. If Webb stays healthy, he'll be in the conversation for the NL Cy Young. Webb has started 13 games for the Giants and San Francisco has won nine of those. Personally, Webb is 6-2 with eight pure quality starts. The Giants are 7-3 overall in their last 10 games and although Atlanta is playing well too, the difference is one team is taking back a decent price. That makes them worthy of a play.
