11:30 AM EST. 26-year old Taylor Fritz is rounding into top-form right in time for Wimbledon. The American has a howitzer for a service, already with an astonishing 433 aces in 2024 alone, and he's coming off a fabulous performance at Eastbourne, where he ran through Aleksandar Vukic and Max Purcell on his way to a title. Meanwhile, Australian Christopher O'Connell has been dealing with a shoulder issue for months and hasn't won since early April, dropping his last three matches at the Bavarian International, Madrid Open, and Italian Open. He also hasn't played since early May. Forgive us for sounding like squares here, but we don't think O'Connell has a chance in hell. Fritz's form is too good and his focus has been as good as it ever has in his career.
